Introduction:

We know that teaching and learning are most essential component of academic; therefore we give special attention on effective implementation of this process.

To ensure the academic excellence in institute we develop academic planning and monitoring system.

Objective:

• To guide the faculty members and students about the academic goals through systemic cycle of monitoring, evaluation and review.
• To provides support in improving the implementation of curriculum at the institute level. The committee understands the academic programs and supervises the teaching learning process on a routine basis.

Responsibilities:

1. To ensure the delivery of the curriculum through all the years of the course.
2. To help each student to make the most of his or her ability and to enhance each student’s quality of learning.

3. To monitor the quality of teaching in the department and to ensure that it is of the highest possible standard.

4. To report regularly to the head of organization regarding monitoring.
5. To prepare plan of academic activities in brief for internal and external sources.
